Jagannath Nazarbattu Workshop

It's become an annual custom at Samskriti Kala Kendra to hold unique art workshops jointly with Deepti Designs Art School to celebrate Janmaashtami .

This year too is no exception. We are super excited to bring you the most awaited Workshop - "Design a unique NAZAR BATTU on a real coconut shell "
This amazing art workshop is conceived by @rajiramm and taught by artist Deepti Agrawal Mittal .

Here are the details -
Participants get to paint Sri Jagannath on a real coconut shell in Madhubani Painting blended with Pattachitra Art Style. The painted coconut mounted on wooden frame is designed as a sacred Nazar Batoo for our homes.

One of the 4 shrines of Hinduism, Puri is home to Lord Jagannath, the illustrious form of Krishna, in the state of Odisha!

Come create one for yourself to celebrate this year's Janmashtami and usher in the birth of Sri Krishna.
